- Keep this link (which will be given to you) confidential and ONLY release to those people who have the necessary rights to access the file.
- Acceptable file formats are: .PDF / .DOC / .DOCX / .XLS / .XLSX / .PPT / .PPS / .PPTX / .PPSX
/ .TXT / .RTF / .JPG / .GIF / .PNG / .TIF / .WMV / .MPG / .AVI / .FLV / .MP3 / .WMA / .SWF
- The apostrophe ' is not allowed in the filename (e.g. the filename Peter'sInfo.doc is invalid). And if possible, please also avoid special characters in the filename.
- The file must be scanned for virus to ensure that it does not contain any virus or other defect.
- You cannot edit, rename, or delete files once they are uploaded. But you can upload different files.
- In limited circumstances and with appropriate reasons, should the deletion of certain files is necessary, please contact the IT administrator to have the files removed.
